Grounded & Growing: An Online Retreat for Nature-Based Leaders

This online retreat for nature-based leaders will be facilitated by Dr. Rachel A. Larimore.

Each session Grounded & Growing Online retreat has a different focus. This session’s focus will be on supporting staff.

In nature-based education, Inside, Outside, and Beyond is often viewed as physical space. It's also a powerful metaphor for how we connect with children, colleagues, families, and the natural world.

This online retreat invites nature-based early childhood administrators into a deeper exploration of Inside, Outside, and Beyond as layers of connection: to ourselves, to our colleagues, to the children and their families, and to the natural world.

You’ll have a space to reflect on how your own presence—your emotions, mindset, and roles—profoundly influence your program and ultimately shape children’s learning experiences.

This retreat is for you if you’re ready to pause, reflect, and reimagine your role—not just as an administrator of a nature-based program, but as a co-learner, teammate, and leader in a nature-based learning community.

Join us as we do the “deep work” of showing up with intention, authenticity, and care to foster stronger nature-based programs.
