Thus, based on the experience and expertise of Rachel Larimore and David Catlin, we created this fillable PDF form is to help you identify an ideal site for your future preschool.

The form begins with four site features that are essential to any prospective preschool. Then there are 18 key criteria that can be assigned a range of scores from 0-5, -5 to 5, 0-10, or -10 to 10. These differences in scoring ranges reflect the importance of these items. Within these ranges each evaluator can determine their own rating based on the organization’s mission and pedagogical philosophy.
