This 2-hour workshop is intended to make it easier for you to be successful in opening a new nature-based school or program. In this session we’ll discuss:
→ Key questions to ask before embarking on writing a business plan
→ Components of a business plan
→ Tasks to complete between business planning and opening your doors.
Based on Rachel’s experience as a nature-based school planning consultant, she’ll address the most common questions and roadblocks to starting your own school. This will include, but not be limited to, questions such as:
🌱 Should my business by a for-profit or nonprofit?
🌱 Should I consider partnering with someone?
🌱 How do I find a site?
🌱 How do I ensure the program is full?
The workshop will be a mix of presentation by Rachel and whole- and small-group discussions to address your unique situation.
